SHIPPING POLICY: At OrchardsBounty.com we think shipping should be simple. That's why we selected Federal Express as our shipping company except for Pecan orders. Choose from 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight, Priority, or Saturday deliveries. Always give yourself an extra day for your gifts to arrive. Pecan orders are shipped via UPS ground shipping. There is a $15.00 Surcharge for Alaska or Hawaii with NO Ground or 3 day service. Shipments take an additional day. Neither FEDEX nor UPS will ship to a PO box, but both track your order for added safety. We will work hard to meet any special shipping needs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time we are not able to ship internationally. Please email info@orchardsbounty.com for any special requirements.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE: We guarantee delivery to the address provided by the date requested on your order. We make every attempt to verify the address and delivery information and reserve the right to make changes should an error be found. We cannot guarantee delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or weather that delays our national carriers.
HOSPITAL and HOTEL*: Delivery to Hospitals and Hotels is not recommended. However, if you would like your gift delivered please research the following information before placing your order:
1: What is the Hospital/Hotel policy on accepting packages for patients, guests or employees? Some Hospitals and Hotels do not accept packages or have special guidelines.
2: How are the packages received? Many Hospitals/Hotels have a central receiving department where packages are received prior to delivery to the patient/guest. Most Hospitals/Hotels do not allow delivery personnel to deliver to a specific room due to privacy regulations or security purposes.
We guarantee the package will be delivered to the Hospital/Hotel by the date specified, however we cannot guarantee the date that the package is delivered to the recipient of the gift. We assume no liability for gifts that are lost within the Hospital/Hotel, failure of delivery by the employees, or for gifts arriving after a patient/guest has checked out.
* This guarantee also affects College Campus deliveries and deliveries to businesses that have mail departments, central locations for package delivery, or special requirements for accepting packages.
RETURNS POLICY: we take pride in delivering our products to you as fresh and beautiful as when it was plucked from the trees or taken out of the oven. If, for any reason, you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll replace it, exchange it, or offer a full refund or credit within 30 days of delivery date. We will work hard to satisfy you.
